Recruiters (2 Openings) | Las Vegas, NV
Keolis Transit America is seeking two experienced Recruiters to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. We are looking for recruiting professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about attracting top talent while delivering exceptional candidate experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 2 years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered
- 2 years high volume recruiting preferred; Experience with high volume sourcing; cold and soft calling/contact)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Experience with various job boards (Indeed, Career Builder, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Transit environment experience preferred
- Knowledge of CDL licensing requirements and DOT regulations
- Union Environment knowledge and experience a plus
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills required
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software; HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Experience; UltiPro/UKG experience is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
