WHAT YOU WILL DO
This job is fast paced. You will run Zoom interviews and use your D2D knowledge to find the right people.
- Hold 6 to 10 Zoom interviews each day
- Check for grit, communication skills, and D2D readiness
- Ask simple questions that reveal mindset and coachability
- Keep clean notes and statuses inside of our ATS
- Give clear next steps to keep candidates moving
- Work closely with CSAs and CSMs to support client needs
- Talk with candidates through phone, SMS, and email
