We are looking for a hardworking individual to join our Team in a laid back, yet highly productive environment at our location in Clinton, CT. In this role, you will work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product. You’ll be expected to perform all tasks within the assembly process and may be required to rotate through all or most of those tasks.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform production duties such as manual lifting, screwing, twisting, soldering, and operational testing.
- Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
- Execute and document quality inspections per SOP.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
- Perform related duties as required by supervisor.
- Break down cardboard for recycling.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- MUST BE DETAIL ORIENTATED.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to prioritize work tasks, multi-task, and maintain focus.
- Perform basic visual quality inspections on products.
- Maintain the production pace of other team members.
