The Kenwood Golf and Country Club Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety of the facility
patrons and staff. He or she must possess a thorough knowledge and application of life guarding
surveillance techniques, rescue techniques, and emergency procedures.
Duties include (and are not limited to):
• Ensure safety for swimming pool patrons and staff.
• Oversee daily maintenance of the swimming pool, grounds, and locker rooms facilities, running
towels.
• Enforce all facility rules to staff and patrons.
• Respond effectively and appropriately to all emergencies.
• Perform water chemistry tests
• Other duties as assigned.
