Automotive Floor Manager
We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Automotive Floor Manager to join our sales team. This is a hands-on position with strong earning potential directly tied to performance and improvement in key sales benchmarks.
The right person will be actively involved on the sales floorworking deals, helping close customers, protecting gross, coaching the sales team, and making sure opportunities don't fall through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist Sales Consultants with structuring and closing deals

TO customers and help overcome objections

Protect and improve front-end gross

Keep deals moving efficiently through the sales process

Help convert internet and phone leads into appointments and sales

Improve appointment set, show, and sold percentages

Monitor and improve customer follow-up

Coach and support the sales team

Help resolve concerns after the sale and maintain strong CSI
