What You Will Do
The Sr Manager of Technology Quality – Ops & Innovation is responsible for ensuring all products meet quality requirements, conducting investigations, utilizing statistical analysis, and managing CAPA and risk management processes:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy and maintain a comprehensive Kenvue Quality Computer Validation and Data Integrity program, outlining global standards for purchasing, validation, maintenance, retirement phases and over all Data Integrity to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative strategies for the TQ organization in alignment with company goals
- Initiate and lead efforts for continuous improvement of CSV and DI processes, incorporating feedback and industry advancements to optimize performance and compliance.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and drive business growth
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the market
- Manage and oversee the corrective action and preventive action (CAPA) and risk management processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products conform to quality and CSV requirements, SOPs, and regulations
- Participate in quality investigations, internal audits, and complaint handling investigations
- Utilize statistical analysis and process excellence tools to troubleshoot and solve quality issues
- Support all Health Inspections when requested
- Read blueprints and translate geometric dimensioning and tolerance for product evaluation
- Analyze statistical and data analysis for new product and process development projects
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency
- Support Internal Plants on CSV requirements as requested.
What we are looking for
- 8-10 years of experience in a strategic leadership role within a related industry
- University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in a relevant field
- Proven track record of successfully implementing innovative strategies and driving operational excellence
- Proven working experience in quality assurance and compliance
- Experience in managing corrective and preventive action processes
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and good manufacturing practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with regional/local/cross-functional partners
- Experience in transformation or significant change management
- Project Management skills
- Ability to manage change effectively and lead teams through transitions in processes or systems.
- Sensitivity to cultural differences when implementing global processes across various regions.
