What You Will Do

The Business Lead for Revenue Reconciliation is responsible and accountable for the following:

• Upgrade data infrastructure and reporting to improve business metrics and decision making.
• Use process excellence tools & technology and internal/external collaboration to identify and implement business process simplification, standardization and automation to increase revenue recovery, improve cycle time, reduce errors and/or reduce effort.
• Perform root cause analysis on revenue process or systems issues and partner with other business stakeholders as appropriate to resolve issues, support team with troubleshooting customer complex issues or questions.
• Use project management skills to lead or participate in functional area and department projects that improve cash flow, reduce deductions, and streamline manual processes.
• - Lead cross-company/cross-functional analyses and give strategic recommendations based on cost-benefit analyses and/or compliance.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience and a Bachelors degree is required; focused degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Logistics, and/or Operations is preferred.
• Strong data & analytics skills with tools like Power BI, Alteryx, MS Azure and/or Databricks is required.
• Demonstrated automation skills leading development and business teams in the deployment and adoption of Process and Technology enhancements that with deliver positive business outcomes.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with financial flows in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Applications, SOX, Audit, is preferred.
• Programming in Python and/or R or with tools like UI Path and/or Blue Prism is required.
• Experience with order management, customer forward & reverse distribution/logistics is preferred.
• Strong collaboration skills with experience working on cross functional teams
  
  

What’s In It For You

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$110,500.00 - $156,000.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
