Kenvue is currently recruiting for: Manager, Perfect Store The Manager, Perfect Store will be responsible for Analytical Leadership and for collaborating with the Squads to bring the Perfect Store to life at our customers. This position reports to the Director, Retail Excellence and is based in Fort Washington, PA, Skillman, NJ, or Los Angeles, CA. What You Will Do The Manager, Perfect Store is responsible for collaborating across the organization to bring the Perfect Store to life across both the on and offline retail environment. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with the business units to assure that Perfect Store is embedded into the business planning process and everyday activities. - Deliver and monitor the Perfect Storecard across identified brands and customers. - Partner with the squad teams to identify and collaborate on opportunities to improve upon the Perfect Store. - Provide analytical expertise across the Perfect Store team.
Qualifications:
What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications - A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - 5 years prior experience in consumer package goods. - Prior experience in direct customer sales, business analytics, and/or customer marketing. - Ability to influence decision-makers up and down two or more levels, with and without direct authority, to influence a fully-aligned customer/company business plan. - Demonstrate effective communication, and negotiation skills. Strong presentation skills and ability to tailor skills and presentation style to a variety of key decision makers. - Ability to develop and oversee the execution of project plans and to implement, execute and draw conclusions from a variety of customer, shopper and category studies. - Ability to prioritize and to lead multiple priorities successfully. - Ability to work in a complex and dynamic environment where priorities change rapidly and tight deadlines exist. Desired Qualifications - Experience working with National customers. - Ability to successfully negotiate internally and externally to align competing needs at high levels across dotted-line relationships - Up to 25% travel required. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $97,000 to $166,750.
