Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team.

The Manufacturing Technician will assist in the manufacturing process of building, assembly, testing, packaging & shipping of Water Tank Storage and consistent water pressure pump systems.

The ideal candidate will have an aptitude and/ or a general knowledge of General Plumbing and Electrical wiring background and possess strong technical skills.

Responsibilities:

· Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment (Drills, Chop saws, Pipe Cutters)

· Retrieve Pallets, Stage Materials, Pumps, Plumbing and Electrical components.

· Follow Procedures, Schematics, and drawings.

· Able to work as part of a team.

· Good communication skills & Physical dexterity.

· Basic math and measurement skills.

· Ability to use power tools (Chop Saw, Drills, Drivers, Pipe Cutters, and Hand Tools)

· Perform finished product testing.

· Packaging of skidded finished product.

· Operate Pallet Jacks and Forklift.

· Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, safe work area

Requirements:

· Experience in a manufacturing environment and Plumbing/ Water Treatment Industry.

· Strong technical skills (Measurement/ Mechanical/ Technical)

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

· Excellent problem-solving/ troubleshooting skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Strong attention to detail/ Willingness to Learn.

· Ability to lift to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Plumbing Systems
• Experience with Electrical Systems (115 V and 220V)

Work Environment: The Manufacturing Technician will work in a manufacturing environment and may be exposed to loud noises, moving machinery, and other hazards. Safety protocols.

Salary: The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
