Chiropractic Assistant

You do not need previous chiropractic, or other medical office experience, to be considered for this position - however, experience is helpful. Hours are 20-25 per week, but which days employee will work are subject to mutual agreement.

We are seeking a chiropractic assistant/receptionist to become a part of our team! You will perform receptionist duties and keep the chiropractic facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Handle receptionist duties in a friendly manner
• Perform routine clerical tasks to support clinic staff
• Keep till accurate and maintain patient ledgers
• Help patient flow run smoothly
• Assist with documentation as necessary
• Keep office clean and neat

• Passionate about chiropractic care
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to plan ahead and anticipate patient and doctor's needs
• Knowledge of, or willing to learn, chiropractic medical billing and verifications
• Strong organizational skills
• Healthcare marketing experience
• Technology skills and knowledge of ChiroTouch Software
• Knowledge or experience with chiropractic
• Enthusiasm and excellent interpersonal skills
• Great communication skills
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner
• Ability to work weekdays and potentially Saturdays, 20-25 hours per week
