Position: Maintenance Worker

Minimum Requirements: Ability to lift/carry heavy objects. May require HS/GED. Requires relevant experience.
Primary functions:
- Responsible for maintaining KRCC facilities in a safe and good condition by:
- Renovation and remodeling projects as assigned.
- Maintaining grounds.
- Maintenance work, (plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, cleaning, moving).
- Submit monthly work logs.
- Maintain tool inventory, report lost or broken tools.
- Participate with process improvement activities as directed by program needs.
- Maintain a safe work area for employees and public.
- Provide backup for co-workers as required.
- Participate in all department meetings and skill enhancement activities as required.
