As a Shift Manager at KFC, you will play a vital role in overseeing restaurant operations during your shift. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shifts.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Train and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
• Support the Assistant Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers.
• Knowledge of food service management principles and practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
