This position will be responsible for leading Kentucky Eagle’s social media marketing strategy and campaigns for our brands as well as being responsible for our e-commerce platforms. The position will create new social media campaigns and use established content from our suppliers to market Kentucky Eagle and its portfolio to a diverse group of people in a fresh and innovative way.
Main Responsibilities
- Execute objectives established by VP of Sales and Marketing.
- Create digital marketing strategy to support Kentucky Eagle and our supplier’s growth plans.
- Create targeted digital marketing campaigns to drive consumer trial. Track and measure success (impressions, CTR, and sales lift).
- Manage and update retail portal with regular updates.
- Work with vendors to continuously improve the portal to provide a better experience for retailers.
- Use site analytics to enhance and improve the online retailer experience.
- Develop monthly newsletters, weekly special release material and daily retailer portal updates.
- Develop and manage training programs for e-commerce platform(s).
- Communicate with retailers and customers using multiple social media channels to promote our brands (e.g. Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram and Twitter).
- Attract and increase follower of Kentucky Eagle social media channels.
- Manage and update Kentucky Eagle website.
- Use established content and create new content to promote Kentucky Eagle and its portfolio.
- Develop organized reporting on campaign metrics (e.g. likes, impressions and comments).
- Support media initiatives, including campaigns for community relations and social responsibility.
- Adhere to and enforce all applicable Kentucky ABC policies and standards.
- Measure and track retailer portal performance:
- Usership rates
- Trends
- Integration of sales goals into e-commerce platform(s)
- Enhancements
- Site friendliness internal and external
- Understand Kentucky Eagle’s portfolio, brand positioning, marketing strategies and internal/external relationships.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience managing corporate social media marketing programs.
- 2 years or more of experience with social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram)
- 2 years creating and publishing social media content.
- Understanding of influencer metrics and their impact on the business.
- 1 year of experience with geo-fencing and google analytics preferred.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
