RegistrarPosition OverviewKents Hill School has an immediate opening for a full time Registrar. The successful candidate will assist the Dean of Academics, the Associate Dean of Academics, and the Director of College Counseling in gathering and organizing information about students academic progress at Kents Hill School. As Registrar, this employee oversees the publication of grades, teacher comments, tracks student progress toward meeting graduation requirements, updates students transcripts, oversees the annual academic awards process, and manages the records of our SIS (Student Information System) and LMS (Learning Management System) for currently enrolled students and their families. The employee also assists the Director of College Counseling in loading information into SCOIR and maintaining transcripts, as well as other duties as assigned.
