RN Unit Manager
Kentmere Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing, a 104-bed skilled nursing facility, is seeking a Full Time Unit Manager to join our team. We are located at 1900 Lovering Avenue in Wilmington, Delaware, in the historic outskirts of Wilmington’s forty-acre neighborhood, blocks from Trolley Square and Brandywine Park and easily assessable to routes 95, 202 and 52.

As a Unit Manager, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility and accountability necessary for caring out your assigned duties.
The Unit Manager (RN preferred) is accountable for resident and family satisfaction and service excellence. Plans, directs and ensures implementation of all nursing services on their assigned unit, in accordance with established rules, regulations and standards of practice. Supervises and monitors staff on unit. Ensures continuity of resident care and is accountable for the safety and care of the residents.
