Position Title: Security Officer
As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of a high end residential building. The main responsibilities will include patrolling the property, monitoring activities, assisting residents and responding to incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the area, ensuring a visible security presence.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing assistance as needed.
- Enforce community rules and regulations while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and communicate findings to the security management team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in security or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- Class D Security License required.
- MUST be able to communicate at a Native-level in Spanish
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Schedule: morning and afternoon
