- Perform security checks including visual inspections, fence line patrols, and yard audits to prevent theft and loss prevention.
- Document all security activities, incidents, and irregularities accurately in shift reports and logs.
- Assist in conflict management by de-escalating situations with professionalism and calmness.

Core Responsibilities
- Patrols assigned areas
- Walks or drives around the property to deter theft, vandalism, or suspicious activity.
- Monitors surveillance systems
Manages entry/exit gates, and prevents unauthorized access.Handles emergencies like disturbances, trespassing, fire alarms, or medical situations.Documents daily activities, incidents, and observations (very important for liability and client communication). Assists residents, employees, or guests with directions, questions, or concern
- Controls access points

Security Officer – Immediate Hiring (Midnight & Day Shift)
Mid: 11pm-5am
Day: 6am-2pm

Pay Rate: $14.00 – $14.50 per hour (starting)
We are currently seeking reliable and professional Security Officers to join our team. We have openings for a midnight shift position as well as a daytime position at a separate property.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine patrols of the property
- Monitor premises and report suspicious activity
- Control access points and verify credentials
- Write detailed daily activity and incident reports
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, clients, and visitors
Schedule:
- Midnight shift and daytime shift available
- Every other weekend off
Compensation & Growth:
- Starting pay: $14.00 – $14.50/hour
- After successful completion of the probationary period:
- Pay increase to $15.00/hour
- Opportunity to work special events as they become available
Requirements:
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Security experience preferred but not required
