Job Summary: Responsible for performing tear down and cleaning of finishing lines by
prepping lines to run prior to first shifts arrival.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Flushing lines.
- Cleaning spray gun caps and tips.
- Changing filters.
- Cleaning rollers, trays, and belts.
- Scraping booths clean and regreasing.
- Recirculating pumps.
- Replacing the bags on spray guns.
- Other duties assigned by supervisor.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Stand and walk up to eight hours per day on concrete surfaces.
- Physically carry and transport items up to eight hours a day.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and transport in excess of twenty pounds frequently and
- Frequently bend, stoop, reach grasps, twist, push, and pull items which range in excess of
- Must be able to communicate effectively with management and coworkers by phone or
- Must be mentally alter and capable of remembering oral instructions and routine tasks.
- Must be able to withstand fluctuations in temperature and environmental fluctuations.
- Must be able to work in cramped spaces, and heights of more than ten feet.
- Good attendance and punctuality is necessary.
- Must exemplify through appearance and behavior the company’s image of excellence.
- Must be alert and able to identify and respond to a hazard by either reporting it
