What You’ll Be Doing:
- Achieve Sales Goals: Drive new business and provide tailored insurance solutions to existing clients.
- Finding the Right Fit: Identify and qualify leads from multiple sources.
- Protecting What Matters: Recommend customized Allstate products to suit each customer’s needs.
- Making a Difference: Be a trusted advisor to your neighbors—help them feel secure about the future.
- Educating & Empowering: Help clients understand the value of insurance, without the jargon.
- Creating Happy Customers: Deliver an outstanding client experience every time.
Who You Are:
- People-Person & Sales Fan: You love talking to people and helping them find the right solution.
- Licensed & Ready: You’ve got your Property & Casualty license (or Personal Lines license).
- Motivated & Self-Driven: You’re not here to coast—you’re here to grow.
