Summer Migrant Program Classroom Aide, Grades 3-6
Approximately June 15, 2026 - July 24, 2026

What You Need:
- Ability to work successfully with students, staff, administrators and community members
- Knowledge of instructional strategies for literacy and/or mathematics
- Must be flexible
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Other qualifications as deemed essential for successful performance in the position
Ideal Candidates will have:
- Experience Working with Migrant and At-Risk Student Populations preferred
Responsibilities:
- Work with staff to identify appropriate materials and strategies to ensure successful student interventions
- Work with students in small groups and/or one-on-one
- Provide staff with feedback on student performance and progress
- Assist staff in relevant data collection and analysis, including participation in data-based decisions related to intervention implementation and modification
- Participate in school activities as a member of the school community
- Supervise students in a variety of settings
- Maintains professional competence through in-service education activities provided by the district and self- selected professional growth activities
- Performs other such duties as may reasonably be assigned
Skills/Certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Spanish speaking ability preferred
- Show passion about the teaching/learning process for every child
- Build relationships with students and families
- Provide customer service atmosphere for our community
