Job Skills / Requirements
Duties And Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the General Manager and/or Superintendent, porters are responsible for the general cleanliness of all assigned work areas.
Responsible for the interior/exterior cleanliness of the building
Trash removal and operation of trash compactor
Cleaning property common areas
Care for property owned maintenance equipment
Requirements
Good communication skills, bilingual (Spanish/English a plus)
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including Holidays and weekends.
Have a "can do, whatever it takes" attitude with strong follow-up skills.
Have a professional appearance.
