Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Participate as a key member of the financial operations team to deliver exceptional services
- Process accounts payable invoices and deposits for all client properties
- Assist in monitoring the formal, monthly financial statements of client properties
- Follow standard procedures to collect delinquent accounts
- Continuously track budgets and spending habits of properties
- Assist in preparing formal monthly financial statements for client boards
Qualifications and Education:
- BA/BS degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Understanding of principles of finance, bookkeeping, and accounting
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel, and Word is necessary
- High degree of accuracy
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills are necessary
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to consistently meet all deadlines
- Willingness to develop and grow with the business
