Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Mowing lawns, raking and disposal of grass clippings
- String trimming
- Shrub and tree trimming
- Raking and disposal of leaves
- Weeding
- Planting of grass seed, flowers, shrubs and trees
- Grounds pick-ups
- Removal of dead shrubs and trees
- Snow and ice removal, snow blowing and shoveling, salt and ice chopping
- Service of equipment. Including oil changes, blade sharpening, routine maintenance
- Periodic maintenance calls when needed
- Basic electrical & plumbing knowledge a plus
