Duties
- Provide attentive, personalized service to guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations from arrival to departure
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system (Union Mobile), processing transactions efficiently and correctly
- Upsell menu items, wine pairings, spirits, and specialty cocktails to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue
- Serve food and beverages with professionalism, including cocktail mixing, beverage service, and food presentation in accordance with fine dining standards
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including wine knowledge and food preparation details, to answer guest questions confidently
- Assist with food handling, sanitation, and kitchen support as needed to uphold safety standards and cleanliness
- Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout the dining experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a fine dining server or in a similar upscale restaurant environment with a strong focus on guest service
- Extensive knowledge of POS systems
- Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques and sales transaction processing to maximize revenue opportunities
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper beverage handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high-quality service
- Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is advantageous for better understanding of menu items and preparation processes
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to build rapport with diverse guests
- Basic math skills for accurate check processing and cash handling; proficiency in processing cash transactions confidently
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail recipes, and drink service etiquette in a fine dining setting
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment

- WEDNESDAY (DOUBLE) 11 AM - 11 PM
- THURSDAY 4-11 PM
- FRIDAY 4-11 PM
- SATURDAY 4-11:30 PM
