Join a highly respected, full-service law firm as a Legal Recruitment Manager in its Boston office and play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top legal talent. This is an exciting opportunity to shape recruitment strategy, partner with firm leadership, and drive impactful hiring initiatives across multiple offices.
In this role, you will lead all aspects of attorney recruitment, including hiring, onboarding, and summer programs, while supervising and developing a team of recruitment coordinators. You will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, align strategies and best practices with peers across offices, and manage the recruitment budget. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders on the Summer Associate Program, law school outreach, and judicial clerk hiring, while serving as a trusted resource to attorneys throughout the hiring and due diligence process.
The ideal candidate brings at least two years of management experience and three years of legal recruitment or professional personnel experience, along with strong technical proficiency in MS Office and LawCruit (experience with viDesktop, WebEx, and Flo Recruit is a plus). Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, and strong multitasking capabilities.
