Role Description
This part-time on-site role, located in Cartersville, GA, involves providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Administration Assistant will handle daily tasks such as managing communications, maintaining schedules, and performing clerical duties. Supporting executive-level staff, the role also involves maintaining organized records and effectively coordinating office activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to support day-to-day office operations efficiently
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and professional verbal and written Communication skills
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance with an ability to manage schedules and prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in office tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar administrative or clerical role preferred
