The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of insurance coverage experience. In this role, the attorney will advise insurance companies in a variety of coverage matters and represent insurance companies in coverage disputes. Candidates should have experience analyzing coverage issues, drafting coverage opinions, pleadings, and dispositive motions, and conducting discovery in insurance coverage litigation. The ideal candidate also will have taken and defended depositions, attended court conferences, and argued motions.
Competitive salary and benefits package offered. Remote working arrangements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Attorney compensation ranges from approximately $165,000 to $225,000 annually. Salary is contingent upon level of experience, practice group, location and other job-related factors permitted by law.
