We Are Legal Revolution is working discreetly with a national full service firm with Chambers ranked litigation and a broad commercial platform seeking a mid level Litigation Associate to join its San Francisco, CA office.

This is a high exposure role within a well established commercial litigation team handling sophisticated disputes for major corporate and financial clients. You will gain meaningful responsibility across the life cycle of complex matters, work closely with experienced trial partners, and build a long term career on a national platform that invests in associate development and progression.

The Role

• Manage complex commercial litigation matters involving business, real estate, corporate governance, and bankruptcy related disputes
• Lead and support motion practice, including drafting dispositive and procedural motions in state and federal courts
• Handle written discovery, including drafting discovery requests and responses, and managing document review
• Contribute to strategy, research, and analysis on high value disputes with client facing responsibilities
• Work closely with partners and colleagues in the San Francisco litigation group in a primarily in office environment

Ideal Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a mid level Litigation Associate with:

• 4 to 6 years of post qualification experience in complex commercial litigation
• Background handling motions, discovery, and broader case management in sophisticated business disputes
• Active license to practice law in the State of California
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Ability to work primarily onsite in the San Francisco office and collaborate closely with the local team

Compensation & Benefits

• $230,000 to $250,000 base salary, depending on experience
