Kennedys, a global law firm with offices throughout the US, seeks a full-time Paralegal with cyber law experience to join our Philadelphia office and support multi-state case work. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Paralegal to join a growing, global law firm.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale data mining work products, including complex datasets containing up to hundreds of thousands of records in Excel
- Prepare and file required notifications with OCR and State Attorneys General offices
- File responses to requests in regulatory investigations
- Coordinate mailings, credit monitoring, and datamining vendors
- Arrange bids for carrier approval
- Assist with document review and analysis
- Monitor case progress and follow up on outstanding items
- Organize and maintain electronic case files
- Utilize online resources such as Westlaw, Lexis, PACER, and court websites to perform research and locate documents
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in Cyber-law required
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite including advanced skills in Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Thorough working knowledge of Federal and multi-state court systems
- Experience drafting and entering time entries
- Experience utilizing online legal research services
- Paralegal Certificate from an ABA accredited program preferred
