Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Paralegal at VSCP LAW in Philadelphia, PA. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for tasks including legal document preparation, scheduling, collecting medical records, document review, legal research, preparing pleadings, and drafting motions.
Qualifications
- Legal document preparation, document review and electronic filing
- Experience in preparing pleadings and drafting motions
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with catastrophic personal injury litigation
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Paralegal certification or Bachelor’s degree, plus experience
