Responsibilities
- Lead by example in preparing and serving high-quality cocktails and beverages with precision and flair
- Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards
- Mentor and support bartenders, fostering a collaborative team environment that encourages growth and excellence
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging guests, taking feedback seriously, and resolving issues promptly
- Uphold all health regulations and responsible alcohol service policies at all times
- Assist in training new team members on drink recipes, customer service techniques, and company policies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender with a strong knowledge of classic cocktails, craft beverages, and mixology techniques
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team under pressure
- Excellent communication skills to connect with guests and team members effectively
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, schedules, and daily operations efficiently
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of health & safety standards related to food and beverage service
- Nice-to-have: Certification in responsible alcohol service or hospitality management experience
