We are seeking a detail-oriented Controller/Office Manager to lead our financial operations and oversee administrative functions within our organization. Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing using various accounting software.
- Manage financial reporting processes, including balance sheet reconciliation, financial analysis, and preparing comprehensive financial reports.
- Conduct regular account analysis and balance sheet reconciliations to verify accuracy of financial data.
- Maintain robust cash management practices, monitor cash flow, and oversee banking relationships to optimize liquidity.
- Assisting supervise the accounts payable process, ensuring timely payments.
- Oversee regulatory reporting obligations and ensure adherence to all relevant financial laws and standards.
- Manage the organization's administrative functions related to office operations.
- Collaborate with external auditors during audits and prepare necessary documentation for compliance reviews.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in accounting roles with a focus on corporate public accounting is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial concepts such as double entry bookkeeping, account reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ability to perform detailed account analysis and balance sheet reconciliation accurately and efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills for preparing clear financial reports.
- Technical accounting expertise including payroll processing and general ledger management is highly desirable.
