Product Manager (Clinician-Facing) | East Coast Remote
Digital Health | Early-Stage | Build Role
We’re partnering with a high-growth digital health company building a new care delivery platform from the ground up. As they prepare to launch with customers, they’re looking to bring on a Product Manager to own the clinician-facing product experience.
Overview:
- Act as the bridge between clinical teams and product/engineering, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
- Translate real-world clinical workflows and needs into product requirements that can be effectively built and scaled
- Partner closely with design, engineering, and clinical teams to drive end-to-end product development
- Support ongoing EHR implementation (~40%), while focusing more broadly on long-term product ownership and evolution
- Post-launch, drive adoption, workflow optimization, and iteration, incorporating feedback from clinical users
- Contribute to a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment where priorities evolve quickly
Requirements:
- Experience in product management within healthcare or digital health
- Exposure to or experience working with clinical users/providers (directly or via product)
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Comfortable operating in a startup or agile environment, with a high degree of ambiguity
- Experience with or exposure to EHR systems is preferred
