We’re on the lookout for a full-time Administrative Coordinator to bring energy, organization, and initiative to our Community Based Services team.

What You’ll Do: As the Administrative Coordinator, you’ll be the right-hand support to the Administrator of Community Based Services while also keeping things running smoothly across multiple programs. Your days will be filled with variety and impact, including:
· Orchestrating meetings—coordinating schedules, preparing materials, and capturing key takeaways
· Supporting leadership by managing calendars, time-off requests, and key communications
· Keeping operations on track by purchasing supplies, handling data entry, and supporting special projects
· Taking the lead on travel arrangements for conferences, trainings, and off-site events

Requirements – Associates degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience); minimum of 2 years working in a healthcare setting. Administrative Coordinator experience preferred.
KBH is an eligible employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) that provides workers with qualifying employment and loan payments federal student debt forgiveness after 10 years or 120 monthly payments.
