Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager based in Boise, ID. The Construction Project Manager will oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution by coordinating between various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members. Responsibilities also include preparing schedules, managing resources, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and addressing any challenges that arise on-site to successfully deliver quality projects within timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Construction Project Management and general Project Management
- Skills in Budgeting and cost control for construction projects
- Experience in Construction Management and Project Coordination
- Ability to manage resources, timelines, and deliverables effectively
- Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance processes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in construction management software is an added advantage
- Previous experience managing commercial construction projects is a plus
