Job Overview
Kenichi prides itself for having a very experienced and knowledgeable serving staff. We strive to strike a great balance of entertaining guests by letting our personalities shine, while giving a great experience with in depth menu knowledge and attention to detail.
The restaurant is lively and fast paced. We are rarely slow. We are locally owned and not a corporate chain. Our Staff does not turn over very often.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about great hospitality, eager to learn about Japanese cuisine and Sake, has an eye for detail and is interested in working at a great restaurant in Aspen long term.
Experience
- Previous experience in a fine dining environment is required.
- Japanese or Sushi experience is favorable but not required.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
- Excellent guest relations skills, demonstrating a commitment to providing outstanding service.
This position makes tips. In season expect to make between $300-$500 per shift.
