What You’ll Do
Service Scheduler Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls for the service department
- Schedule appointments for service department
- Assist customers with questions and direct them to the appropriate service advisor
- Take and relay messages accurately
- Make outbound calls to schedule recall appointments and provide service updates
- Occasionally greet and assist customers in person
Cashier Responsibilities:
- Process customer payments using a cash register and credit card systems
- Ensure accurate and efficient transaction handling

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Working conditions are primarily indoors spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.

Candidates must be comfortable on the phone; taking up to 30 calls per hour. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record is not a requirement for this position but would definitely be preferred.
