We’re Hiring: Scheduler – Be the Heartbeat of Our Operations!
Full-time and some overtime | Office-Based | Must be available for paid on-call evening and weekend rotations

We’re looking for a Scheduler who can juggle the fast-paced world of staffing and scheduling while being the friendly, flexible, and professional face of our company. This position is vital to the success of our Residential Habilitation program and offers variety, responsibility, and room to grow.
What You’ll Do:
- Scheduling & Coordination
- Create, publish, and update staff schedules weekly using When I Work
- Fill call-out shifts quickly and efficiently
- Minimize overtime and manage fair shift coverage
- Schedule staff for trainings, binder switch tasks, and participant moves
- Serve as back-up or direct care staff as needed
- Communication & Team Support
- Respond to applicant and staff inquiries quickly
- Keep open communication with directors, staff, and on-call teams
- Train new hires and coordinate first shifts
- Share updates and maintain the on-call schedule
- Documentation & Compliance
- Audit paperwork and DSLs weekly and monthly
- Ensure staff compliance with training and document requirements
- Assist with annual reviews and QA follow-ups
- People & Culture
- Lead seasonal decorating and staff appreciation efforts
- Coordinate quarterly training sessions
- Promote referral bonuses and hiring opportunities
- Office Operations
- Answer the main office line and greet visitors
- Order supplies and support administrative team tasks
- Keep the office organized, welcoming, and functional
Ideal Candidate:
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Friendly, approachable, and a clear communicator

- Can think ahead, solve problems, and stay flexible
- Comfortable with scheduling software and Google tools
- Experienced in working with people in caregiving or administrative settings (a plus!)

Wage: $18-$20/Hour Base - With On-Call and overtime: Average $43,200 - $52,800 per year
