HYBRID We Owe Coordinator/Express Service Advisor

We are looking for a candidate qualified to work in a HYBRID position as a We-Owe Coordinator/Express Service Advisor. Kendall Hyundai of Nampa, our Service Department is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community.

Duties include:

• Schedule customers for service and accessory installations
• Coordinate with vendors and manage related purchase orders
• Check We-Owed items in SmartSheets
• Update notes in intercompany accounting systems
• Perform walk arounds on customer vehicles
• Open and close We Owe and Express repair orders
• Manage rental vehicles, including maintaining reservations and signing out vehicles to customers
• Work with customers, technicians, and sales staff to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Verify proper diagnosis and completion of repairs
• Research vehicle history to make informed service recommendations
• Maintain accurate customer information
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index(CSI) scores in accordance with the dealership standards.

We seek candidates with strong customer service experience, effective time management, solid work ethics, and excellent communication skills. The ability to prioritize customer needs and make informed recommendations is essential. Applicants should have strong phone etiquette, a positive attitude, and enjoy interacting with people. Computer proficiency and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, multitasking environment are required. General automotive knowledge is preferred.

Working conditions are primarily indoors, spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.

A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is mandatory.
