Kendal Crosslands Communities is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Counselor to join the team and drive our growth strategy forward!
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to helping achieve and maintain full occupancy of the communities, a healthy wait list, and a positive image in the larger community. A Sales Counselor of Kendal~Crosslands Communities (KCC) works collaboratively with the KCC Director of Sales and Marketing.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Two or more years’ experience in senior living sales.
- Ability to achieve sales goals and initiatives.
- Strong closing and post sales skills.
- Ability to take directions and accept coaching from the Director of Sales and Marketing. Excellent engagement and relationship building skills.
- Demonstration of proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office, and CRM lead management software.
- Organizational and analytical skills.
- Self-starter enjoys working with older people, excellent listener, able to maintain confidentiality.
- Professional appearance and demeanor required.
- Good speaking and writing skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
