What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with prospective residents and families
- Conduct community tours and presentations
- Manage leads and follow-up activities
- Support occupancy and sales goals
- Coordinate move-ins and marketing events
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the decision-making process
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or consultative sales
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, motivated, and customer-service oriented professional
- Passion for serving older adults

Qualifications:Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent sales experience considered
- 2 years of sales experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, or consultative sales
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Proven ability to build trust and close sales in a relationship-based environment
- Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking preferred
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events and community activities
- Compassionate, customer-focused, and team-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs)
- Experience working with older adults and families
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Professional demeanor with a consultative sales approach
