Utility Worker/Dishwasher - Full-Time
Pay: $19.12 - $20.00/hr, based on experience
Schedule:
- Monday- Thursday: 11:00am - 8:30pm, Friday: 4:00pm - 8:30pm

Responsibility's:
- Clean and sanitize glassware, china, flatware, pots, pans, production equipment, and work surfaces in accordance with established cleaning schedules and food safety standards.
- Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine, including changing water every two hours to ensure optimal performance. Promptly report equipment malfunctions to the Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager.
- Properly distribute, store, and organize clean cookware, utensils, glassware, china, and kitchen equipment.
- Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot-washing stations to ensure efficiency and cleanliness.
- Remove trash, break down boxes, and dispose of soiled linens as needed to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Complete daily temperature and chemical (PPM) logs to verify proper sanitation and compliance with health regulations.
