Groundskeeper – Full-time, 40 hours/week
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
Rate of Pay: $21.28 to $23.22/hr (based on experience)
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and beautify the grounds and buildings, performing tasks such as mowing, trimming, landscaping, and snow removal
- Conduct general building and equipment maintenance, including drywall repair and preventative care
- Operate company vehicles and yard equipment to complete tasks efficiently
- Support facility needs with flexible availability for on-call winter rotation, emergency response, and holiday shifts as needed
What You Bring
- Experience with landscaping tools, basic construction repair, and property maintenance
- Valid New York State driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles and necessary equipment
- Basic computer skills to manage timesheets, work orders, and training modules
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and adapt to a dynamic work environment
