We are seeking an experienced Die Setter for our 1st Shift. Applicants must be eager to learn new skills, interested in contributing to a team-oriented environment, be attentive to detail and be consistently productive and efficient. The starting hourly pay rate will be based upon experience, with a range of $24-$28. This position is a full-time non-exempt position with a minimum of 40 hours a week.

- Motivated team player, self-starter and willingness to learn
- Machine set-up, which includes installing, aligning and removing the stamping dies from the press, utilizing both hand tools and lift truck.
- Adjust machine settings--ram stroke, feed length, transfer system--to match part prints
- Run samples and perform quality audits, utilizing calipers, micrometers and indicators to verify that parts conform to the part print
- Inspect equipment, perform minor repairs, perform changeovers, clean/maintain machinery and dies
- Safely removing dies and tooling, as well as performing all aspects of the position while adhering to safety procedures and emergency-stop procedures
