Operators - 1st and 2nd Shift

Dexstar Wheel is the leading domestic steel wheel manufacturer and the largest steel wheel supplier to American trailer manufacturers and the RV industry. We are owned by American Kenda Rubber, which is located in Reynoldsburg, OH.

We are seeking Operators to fill positions on both 1st and 2nd Shift; one year of previous manufacturing experience is preferred. Applicants must be eager to learn new skills, interested in contributing to a team-oriented environment, be attentive to detail and be consistently productive and efficient. Starting hourly base payrate for an operator position is $18.56, with an additional shift differential for 2nd Shift employees . This position is a full-time non-exempt position with a minimum of 40 hours a week.

Education/Experience Required

• 1 year of general labor experience in manufacturing
• Motivated team player, self-starter and willingness to learn
  
  

Responsibilities

• Clearing wheels from various production lines
• Tagging skids
• Performing visual inspections of wheels
• Packing off wheels onto skids or placing onto racks
