Job Summary
Dole Fabricating is hiring a Powder Coating Technician to join our production team in Lewisburg, TN. This is a hands-on role responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing metal parts using industrial powder coating systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Apply powder coating to metal parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, job travelers, and work orders
- Set up and operate electrostatic spray equipment and coating systems
- Monitor coating thickness, finish quality, and overall appearance
- Perform quality checks using tools such as thickness gauges and measuring devices
- Clean and maintain equipment, including spray guns, pumps, and workstations
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies
- Assist in other areas of production as needed
Requirements
- 1–2 years of powder coating, painting, or industrial finishing experience (preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Dependable with good attendance and punctuality
Preferred Skills
- Experience with electrostatic powder coating equipment
- Knowledge of coating thickness, surface prep, and finishing processes
- Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)
- Forklift experience (a plus)
Work Environment
- Industrial manufacturing setting (non-climate controlled)
- Exposure to dust, coatings, and machinery
- Active role requiring standing, lifting, and movement throughout the shift
