Equipment Coordinator II

Position Summary

This position is responsible for several facets of compliance in relation to the tractor and trailer fleet.

Essential Functions

• Maintains assigned permits’ expirations to ensure timely renewals, updating calendar with accurate application and receipt dates
• Update and distribute the various permit packets with current credentials timely
• Process terminal requests for replacement permits and/or plates that have been misplaced or damaged
• Vehicle plating company owned tractors and trailers
• Maintain maintenance database for each unit including title information, registration and permit data to facilitate equipment tracking and renewal scheduling
• Track and distribute all toll transponders
• Monthly reviews on company car, trailer washes, and toll invoices. First line approval and enter into AP system for payment
• Reviews all PMHM papers for regulatory compliance and uploads them via Imaging software
• Independent Contractor plating and permitting
• Enter and receive Alloy tickets for in-service, disposal, and transfer of internal assets as well and IC and lease assets
• Due diligence and review for consolidations of companies, acquisitions, and private fleet conversions
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 5 years transportation/maintenance experience preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Experience with maintenance software preferred
• Effective customer service and communication skills
