YOUR LIFE AS A CUSTOMER CARE ASSOCIATE - HVAC DISPATCHER
This full-time dispatching position with our HVAC office typically works Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm.
As a Customer Care Associate - HVAC Dispatcher, you keep our business running smoothly by providing support for our customers and service technicians. You manage a high volume of phone calls, voicemails, emails, texts, and chats. Skillfully prioritizing multiple requests, you create and manage work orders. Organized and attentive, you handle dispatch and scheduling duties in our office, selecting the appropriate technician for each job and booking appointments in the most efficient way possible. You're capable of meeting challenges and maintaining a positive demeanor as you dispatch urgent service requests.
Our crew of skilled technicians relies on you to provide accurate, detailed information about their job orders. Self-motivated and independent, you proactively assist management in resolving problems and seek to make every customer a happy one. Eager to help, you assist with administrative tasks such as ordering parts, processing warranty returns, preparing permit applications, and completing accounts receivable tasks. You are proud of the role you play on our office team and find satisfaction in helping customers receive the assistance they need!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy and typing skills
- Proficiency using Microsoft Suite programs
- Knowledge about local geographical areas
We will train for this position! Experience as a dispatcher is preferred but not required. Experience in a customer service or administrative role would be a plus. Experience in construction would also be a plus.
