Responsibilities:
- Assist retail, wholesale, and service customers with parts purchases
- Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
- Accurately identify, source, and order automotive parts
- Maintain inventory accuracy and stock organization
- Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure parts availability
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming shipments
- Process parts returns, warranties, and special orders
- Help keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient
Qualifications:
Previous Auto Parts Counter, Parts Department, or Parts Retail experience is required- CDK experience is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership software
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift and move automotive parts as needed
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
