The qualified candidates must be responsible and reliable. Candidates should have at least two years of automotive parts experience, either from a retail parts outlet or a dealership setting. Individuals must be 18 years or older with a valid Driver's License and pass a Background Screening.

Automotive Parts Counter Advisor Qualifications:
- Previous Dealership or parts store counter sales experience, 2 years minimum
- Strong work ethic and attendance
- Proven track record of above average customer satisfaction
- Ability to develop relationships with wholesale and collision center clients.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively, with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to make every customer feel as they are the most important customer of the day.
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail.
Duties include but are not limited to: ordering, receiving, billing all parts, maintaining proper storage of parts, stocking shelves, assisting retail customers and technicians, answering phones and assisting with parts inventory management through bin counts and record keeping.
